Hi there, and welcome to all new members. Before I started building this web site, I weighed 120 kilos. At 1.82 meters that puts me in the "obese" category. I am happy to say that by the time I finished this site my 'mind set' had changed and my weight started falling off all by itself. I don't ever feel hungry or deprived, I never "long to eat that while I reluctantly eat this" and I have the odd naughty treat. It's great, so jump in and enjoy the ride. Cheers.
